Question Nad m17+m27 worth it?

Hi Guys,

I'm interested in buying a NAD M17 + M27.
I want to build a 5.1 setup within a year with the following equipment:
B&W 803 D3
HTM2 D3
B&W 805 D3
DB1D

What is actually important for me is having seriously good sound while watching movies.
As well the ability to switch to stereo setup for listening to music.
At some point i want to expand to 5.1.2 or 5.1.4.

Is the NAD m17+M27 the right way to go?
I've visited around 5 different HifI stores and I have the feeling that they just want to sell the brands that are partnered to they're store.
Quite hard to get a honest opinion about it.
I've scheduled a listening session.

Late response... what did you end up going with? In my experience of the M17 and M27 they are equally adept at both movies and music, which is why I chose them myself.
