    HI!!

I have NAD C320 BEE and i am very satisfied with that amp. So, i want to keep it and use it like stereo amp but want to connect it to receiver for home cinema. How to do that (NAD stays like stereo amp) ? What receiver do you recommend (only need it for home cinema, not stereo)? What about Yamaha RXV-640 (i know that's old model) or something else (cheaper)??

    thanks

Any reciver that has pre outs for the front speakers will do.

You could use a switchbox between the pre outs of the NAD and Receiver pre outs. The box outputs feed the main L & R ins (power amp inputs) on the NAD.
You can then switch between pre amps....

QED input expanders work nicely and are (to my ears), transparent.
