Afraid this is the very reason i refuse to download any music with DRM on it. I only sync my N91 with music I have ripped myself.

Do the HMV tracks with WDRM give you the rights to burn them off to CD? If so you could burn to CD then re-rip back to your PC to remove the DRM?

Failing that I seem to recall an app called tunebite or something that would playback and record DRM protected tracks and make it's own copy without DRM

Nokia supporting WMA let alone DRM can't see it happening, where did you ever read that?...,Was the phone advertised supporting WMA files as well as Play4sure/DRM compatible..?

    Ok from Nokia site..

So it is suppose to support it, not a Problem with Microsoft DRM or HMV, seems the phone does not support it, so you have the right to take the device back as it is not fit for it's purpose.., does not do what it advertised..

The N91 does indeed support WMA and should in theory support PlayForSure DRM too.

It even syncs with Windows Media Player.
