Question N5900 firmware...can I use any others?

Hi all

I’ve got a Hisense H50N5900 which I have just updated on firmware for this TV from the Spanish website.

However, I’ve ended up with this (!):

Can I try it with another firmware...? Like N6800..? Is there anything on the service menu I can do ? It’s driving me nuts
