Need some advice from the wise sages who frequent this forum.
My Sanyo z1 died on me in the beginning of Feb, and it's been at a service centre since then waiting for a part from Sanyo. It's been 5 weeks and counting, and the service centre still dont know when the part will show up!
Does anyone know if I'm entitled to a refund or exchange from either the retailer or sanyo themselves?? I've had the pj since the beginning of Dec., would it be worthwhile contacting my credit card company?

Any help would be much appreciated:smashin:

    When did you buy it?

Your warranty is always with the dealer, not the manufacturer in the first instance.

    Thanks for your reply Gordon.

I've had the pj since early december, it was early february when it died.
Would the retailer be obligated to supply me with an exchange/refund considering it was working fine for 2 months??
