My Tassimo has developed a sudden fault

I have had my machine for about 3 years.
Just at the end of the cycle, when my cup is about full. There is a loud releasing of pressure. And then the whole of the head, is splattered with coffee grounds. The disc hasn't split. Coffee has been forced out of the disc connection nozzles, under pressure.
I should add. There are no warning lights. Everything appears and works as it should, right up to the last second.
It could be a faulty batch of discs. But has only happened on the last three brews.

Sorry. Only just looked back in.
I think it must have been a couple of dodgy discs (Columbian). It appears to be working perfectly normally, now.
