My Panny 6 arrived today :( ..........

    .........with SIX massive cracks along the screen :(

    Everything was packed okay and the box was in good condition, however the Panny was well and truly broken.

    Contacted AV-Sales straight away as the guy had left, hopefully I will have a new Panny by tomorrow.

    Can I request the guy to wait while I check it?

    Kind of spoilt the enjoyment of receiving it but if I get a new one tomorrow then the excitement should still be there.

    bum...... that is a real shame to hear but hopefully you will be sorted come tomorrow.

    On my plasma from avsales there was a sheet of paper attached on the signing procedulre.... so you can get the guy to wait or simply sign it as unchecked...

    Yes you can get the delivery guy to wait, I did when they delivered mine after all it only takes a couple of minutes to check it !

    Well good news. AV-Sales were superb in sorting out a replacement for me (thanks Claire!) and they are sending out a dedicated van with a replacement Panny today. Hows that for good service :thumbsup:

    Looking forward to getting it all hooked up tonight and I have passed on much praise to my work colleagues about AV-Sales, a few of which have asked for the link to the website :cool:
