Star Wars Episode II is always a plasma winner, as is anything CG related, such as Toy Story, Shrek etc.

The best DVD for picture quality I've seen since I've had a plasma was Men in Black II - Region 1 Superbit.

Episode II was the first thing I watched on my Panny.

Went straight to the "This party's over" scene and my jaw dropped.

If your own personal favourite film is available on dvd, I'd recommend watching that, whatever it is.

everything should look better on your new plasma :)

The " Beyond the infinite " sequence from "2001, A Space Odyssey" , in a pitch black room, with the sound as high as you can stand it. (and that was from 1968 !! )
(ps. you must watch from directly in front of the TV or you will lose the effect.. - and be careful if your woofers are not up to it ! )
    Regards
I challenge anyone to top that !
