does moto razr v3 have video recording?

When i search for devices via bluetooth it doesnt show the other fones that has bluetooth activated . if i put the bluetooth on than it will show on someone else fone but i cant see them.

help please what shall i do? do i need to chage setting or seomthing?

You can mod your phone to record videos like the newer v3's. Very Simple modification,
