My Loewe Vitros has been in Repair since just before start of world cup in June 2006. It's the second time it's had a fault and been sent in for repair (last time was around June/July 2004). I got it from John Lewis and it had 5 year warranty on it. They have found the fault, but need to get parts. Unfortunately Loewe don't have the parts and they're searching for a third party and I'm still waiting (the repair people seem to have no idea of a timeframe). I don't see anyone's fault here, though my friends were saying that I should write to John Lewis about the fact that I've been without a good tv for a fair while and since it's the second time round.
