Very nice mate...glad to see you've given the amp plenty of space to breathe...
Steve, those speakers on the Ikea are front effects speakers unique to Yamaha. If I'm not mistaken, the amp is a Yamaha 1400/2400...?

Looks great, just a shame your screen isn't a little smaller so the projected image completely fills it...with black borders it would make a huge difference to the perceived contrast:)

Thanks for the comments. Steve, familyguy is spot on, the speakers are the prescence speakers used by the yamaha RX1400 and 2400. the next task is to refit my ceiling, and build the prescence spkrs into it.Smurfin - I decided to go for the 8ft screen as the other size in the deal was the 6ft- to small in my opinion. I like the screen behind the 2 wall units, which gives the appearance of integration. still more work to do.

Very nice, that is what I eventually want to do in respects to a screen coming down over your normal screen. Job well done. Agree with Smurfin about the screen fit but it still gets a 5 from me :)

Very slick looking screen set-up, and the MS's are a good match with your AV furniture. Thumbs up ;-)
