Hello. This is my set up which I have put together in a shortish time since joining forums. Although quite a bit is second hand I'm pleased enough since it hasn't cost too much and I've learnt a bit as I went along.
I can certainly appreciate the improvements over CRT set, skybox and DVD recorder of last year anyway.
Still need to pull out the stand and set level with the speakers then get them wired up permanent while tidying the dreaded spagetti junction behind!

    Thanks Dixie

Thanks, I managed to get the cables between the gap of skirting and floor around this area but if I go for rear speakers I'm going to take the skirting off and hide the speaker cable in the gap behind. Might even put white plastic skirting on instead then no more painting:)
I just got the speaker stands this week and really very impressed with build quality and service, from http://www.anvilsound-display.co.ukwho made them exactly as we wanted to match other stuff, can recommend them.
The only problem with the glass TV stand is attracting dust, tried antistatic wipes but still no good....any suggestions?

Tidy setup you have there. Although you do realise that the rats nest of wires is compulsory don't you?:D
