4k to install a 50k tv i think is very reasonable, how much would you pay for 1k tv to be installed then look at the %s, and if you dropped that 50k babe..well....:suicide: :suicide: :suicide: :lease: :suicide:

I don't think the %age argument is valid.

Assuming that 4k includes delivery:
delivery £300
1 skilled technician for a day: £250
3 'labourers' £150

whats the other 3k going?? Surely they should be charging 53k for the tv, and 1k install.

Had a quick look behind the set (as good as i could), and it had 6 massive bolts going in to the wall.
And i do mean massive.
I would be concerned if my walls could handle the weight. You certanly wouldn't be hanging this on the chimney breast.
