My blood pressure is.....

123/69. Is this good bad or indifferent. I've checked a few websites but they seem to be somewhat contradictory. Can someone please give me a brief explanation that make sense.

not really to sure but i think the average/normal is about 120/80 so what you said sounds fine.

Think mine was 125/85 last time i checked so it sounds ok.

Not sure what it all means - will ask the wife as she will know!

The two readings are systolic/ diastolic

systolic - is the highest pressure when the heart is pumping blood through the body

diastolic - is the lowest pressure between beats ie when the heart is resting.
