    Hi All

Thought I'd show you my attempt at home cinema, as I had a spare hour.

    Denon 3805 receiver
    Marantz 4100 dvd player
    Cheap Sanyo video
    SKY+
    Acoustic Energy EVO3 Fronts
    Acoustic Energy EVO Centre
    Yamaha nn15(?) Surrounds and Rears
Polk PSW100 Subwoofer (10 years old - not the current one)

Sounds good to my old ears - and doesn't look too bad. Need to hide the cables a bit better - maybe a new rack.

    Dave

Forgot to add that the screen is a Panasonic 32" 50Hz flat screen CRT

Nice setup dave - refreshing to see a decent crt based system as most shown here are either plasma or lcd - there's still life in the old dog!

Nice one. Love the speaker on the back of the door

Nice to see a fellow CRT user, too.

Cheers. I'd like a larger screen, but at the moment I'm happy with the Panny. It's very hard to fault a decent quality 50Hz CRT.

On the door seemed the logical place for the surround speaker - it hides the cable nicely too. I was rather pleased with the use of artificial flowers to hide the other rear cables, too!
