My Amazon UK (high value) return got stolen, what can I do?

Too many people sending fakes back means they’ve had to keep a track of serial numbers I guess. About time they clamped down on it but a bit harsh for you as mistakes do happen.

The communication is atrocious. The amount of times you get back the same generic response is laughable
