    Hi,

    In case anyone is interested, these are my powerstrip settings for 50Hz and 48Hz on my AE700. I am using a Radeon 9600XT video card and the connection is DVI->HDMI.

    For some strange reason, Windows Media Centre appears to ignore the 48Hz setting (but respects all other settings - even with the "Disable Refresh Rate Change" registry hack). So for now I have to use VLC to watch my NTSC fim source DVD Xvid rips (which run at 24 frames per second).

    50Hz:

    PowerStrip timing parameters:
    1280x720=1280,440,40,216,720,11,5,14,74100,2304

    Generic timing details for 1280x720:
    HFP=440 HSW=40 HBP=216 kHz=38 VFP=11 VSW=5 VBP=14 Hz=50

    Linux modeline parameters:
    "1280x720" 74.100 1280 1720 1760 1976 720 731 736 750 +hsync +vsync

    48 Hz:

    PowerStrip timing parameters:
    1280x720=1280,440,40,216,720,11,5,14,71135,2304

    Generic timing details for 1280x720:
    HFP=440 HSW=40 HBP=216 kHz=36 VFP=11 VSW=5 VBP=14 Hz=48

    Linux modeline parameters:
    "1280x720" 71.135 1280 1720 1760 1976 720 731 736 750 +hsync +vsync
