    Hi guys!
Going to order one of these babies, just wondering if the supplied 5002 card is installed or will I have to do it?
Also, how good is the picture with a progressive scan scource?
Thanks to this forum for helping me make my mind up!

    Cheers,
    John

Pioneer do not ship the plasma with the card installed and generally retailers would not fit it either as it would require completely unpacking the plasma then re-packing it, so expect to receive the card in a separate box.

Fitting it is very easy though.

Image quality from a progressive source, both PAL and NTSC looks excellent in my opinion.

    Enjoy.

I think you have chosen well.

My supplier put in the 5002 card and tested it before shipping. He had re-packed it very carefully so you couldn't hardly tell. Just depends on who you buy it from I suppose.

Progressive Scan is an improvement but if only we could connect digitally!!

    Enjoy it.
