Right, I've got a problem. Seems I have a fault on my BT phoneline and I'm down to a 100kb/s download speed.

They've said they'll fix it within a week.

That may count me out unless BT are like superman.

FYI, I had a fault on my line with BT a week or 2 ago, had no phone line at all, completely dead. They took from the Friday night when I reported it until Tuesday to fix it, so 4 days inc the weekend.

So don't go getting your hopes up

I'm not sure what's best to do. I suggested 10pm but didn't suit all. In fairness, Danny has had since last week to pop into the forum to suggest times
