Receiver - Yamaha RXV-683
Wired Speakers - Centre, Front L and R
Wireless - MusicCast 50
I have included a MusicCast 50 to use as a rear surround speaker. According to Yamaha the 50 can be used as a wireless single rear.
When trying to setup a surround in the MusicCast app, it states "There are no Devices for MusicCast surround". The MusicCast 50 only appears in the Stereo setup.
The Main receiver can be linked with the 50 and used together but not acting a surround channel.
All firmware is upto date and as far as I'm aware my receiver supports musiccast wireless surround. I am lost for ideas.
