Music/Itunes Alternative

Hi Team,

I have a fairly hefty library of 48k songs and my music/iTunes app has again started cutting off the end of songs or skipping halfway.

I don't want to start again from scratching adding and deleting libraries so I wondered if there was a good alternative to iTunes these days? preferably something that can store and manage my library etc.

I guess some of this depends where you play your music, just at home or is mobile a requirement, how do you want to control it etc.
At the top of the paid list would be Roon.
But you also have , j river, plex, audirvana , quite a few out there.
