After seeing no advertising anywhere about it, I was pleased to see (In hmv) a Muppet show box set comprising 4 discs containing 28 full episodes for £35.

I then found myself in the vhs section where the 6 tape set contains 36 episodes for £30.

Obviously I don't really want the vhs, so does anyone know if more unadvertised box sets will be coming available with the 8 extra episodes.

    Cheers

I honestly thought there would've been more interest in this classic series.

    Hi,

I noted this too! Seems odd that if you buy the VHS version, not only is it cheaper, it has more content, but without all the extras and a lesser picture/audio quality.

Columbia Tristar really kicked themselves in the foot, by releasing the first two "Best Of The Muppet Show" DVD's so far apart, and with such little material on them. A complete boxed set with every episode on, would have been much better for fans of this wacky show!

    A missed opportunity, I think. :(

So now the price has dropped to £22 for 11 hours of Muppets!

Surely there must me some interest now?
