[My son flew the nest a couple of months ago. So decided to make the bedroom into a cinema room.
DIY 2.39.1 screen and acoustic panels. It also double as a home office. Screen material 4k white from Psm screens.

Room dimensions 9.9 x 9.9 ft. However,. Removed built in wardrobe which gives correct throw for a 97inch diagonal image.

Walls painted with liquorice Matt.
Ceiling covered in black velvet cloth, secured by Matt black drawing pins.

Epson tw- eh9400w
Denon 2300 amp
MA Bronze speakers
Bk 300 sub
Dali Atmos speakers
Panasonic 820 4k blu ray player.

Although it was only completed a week ago. I've already watched 3 films. Usually we watch movies on a 65 oled, about once a week. However, this takes home entertainment to another level. Although it's impossible, I could watch movies every night on this.

Looks nice Dr. Smith! Where is your sub and for future have you considered adding 2nd depending how it sounds in each seats? The benefits are well known, was just talked here:

I would push the front mains little bit forward from the corners if possible and you could play with the toe in angle if you haven`t yet. I would also raise the center channel as much as you can just below the screen edge. Easiest and cheapest would be to wall mount it with these:

Thanks for the feedback. Sub is behind sofa. I'm happy with the bass at the minute. Will move front speakers out corner. I'm unable to fit a shelf as screen is in front of window. I take the screen down in the day and lean it against the wall. Room also doubles as my office. I will see if I can find a taller table. Thanks

Yes built my own screen followed instruction on PSM screens. I'm so happy with the frame. Far easier to build than I thought it would be. Search munchkin cinema room on here. That's the screen I built. Purchased the T and L brackets from wickes and timber from B and Q. Make sure you get the straightest timber though.

The ProGray from PSM is really good value if a bit thin. For the price I don't you can get better. My screen is in front of a window. I had to staple material on back of the Frame to stop some light coming through. Not the best pics a phone is 5 years old. But really impressed so far.
