    Hi,
im looking to upgrading to multi room, and have a few questions
1)on skys site they quote £100 for the box and free install, if i provide my own box i assume i will have to pay install? how much?

2)if above is yes, how difficult is it to run the second satellite feed myself and then just upgrade my subscription?

3)I am looking at the Sony sky digibox (VTX-S760U), does the optical output on this work with sky movies 1,2,3 as with sky +?

    Thanks

    1) dont know

    2) You need to change the LNB to a double or quad - isnt massively difficult

    3) No, you will not get DD from the optical output unfortuantly

thanks, i wont bother then because with the leaves coming back on the trees my rf2 sky output keeps getting better by the day! i'm the only one that watches sky in the house really and if im not gonna get dd 5.1 then might as well keep rf2 and a really long stereo phono cable as i have now.
