Anyone point me in the direction of a website selling multicore screened cable & metal bodied phono plugs to make a 15m
6 phono to 6 phono lead for remote power amps.
Tried the Maplin site & I can't seem to find any.
    TIA

for multi comre cable you could try IBM network cable which you could get from rswww.com at about £70 for 100m.......or i could sell you some because i already have a reel! Maplin should do metal phono plugs.....i'll go find the code and report back later!

Hi, I know this is now a long time after the original post but as it still shows up in search I may as well answer anyway!

There's a good site I came across - www.custom-lynx.co.uk which does multicores and quite a bit more. You can choose your length and I think the colour of the connectors as well so worth a look.

Again, it's very old, but absolutely do NOT use data cable for multicore audio use. A ludicrous suggestion!

Take a look at Home at Studiospares for bulk audio cable, or possibly RapidOnline, CPC, or even approach the Van Damme powersellers on here - they all stock Van Damme multicore cable (or are able to get some) which is a bit more expensive but really well built.
