SACD is decoded within the player and output to your amp via six analogue connectors to a six channel input on your amp.

You will need three pairs of phono leads to connect it up

This may sound stupid but when You say connect it to the six channel input on My amp is the front pre out, surround pre out, centre pre out etc etc.
As I have done this today and I do not seem to have any control over the volume via My amp?
I have also connected the denon to my amp via a coaxial lead for movie use and when the connectors are plug into My amp the denon decodes the 5.1 mix not My amp but If I unplug the rca's and just have the coaxial lead in place for movies My amp seem's fine I am a little confused :suicide:
