Multichannel display on one screen

Hi, I'm looking for help with a tricky problem, and I'm hoping the experts that hang out here can help me.
I've got an analogue cable TV feed. It's carrying about 15 channels. I would like to display all, or several of them on a single display. Do you remember in the early days of cable, there used to be a sampler channel which displayed 16 channels at once. That's the sort of effect I am looking for. Has anybody seen a box that can do this? I seem to recall seeing a tuner card for a PC doing this years ago, but I don't remember any details.
Any ideas or help would be appreciated
Thanks
:)
