I have a Media Room in the house with front projector and all the A/V components, such as A/V Receiver, Satellite receiver, Tivo, etc. I want to be able watch the A/V program from those source at Family room at up to HDTV quality signal. How should I do it?

I have multiple RG6 and CAT5 wiring in these two rooms. Can I utilize them? Or should I setup a conduit between these two rooms to run Component Video Cable (or DVI?) and Digital Audio cable? How would that affect the picture and sound quality? What's the maximum lenght I could run these cables?

    Thanks,

    Jason
