Multi Region - is R2 only illegal

    OK a DVD player wilol not play a disc despite saying DVD on ot

    Is the manufacturer liable ?

    I think that region coded players may break trading standards

    That is only due to the content not being certificated by the BBFC.

    However that may change with an EU investigation into DVD prices.

    As everyone said "Small Print on back of package"

    Imagine my annoyance, and then imagine a non expert!

    It could completely put some new users off.

    However I am still unsure of single region players legality. They are banned in New Zealand

    So what are the cheap Tesco players like?

    I wish we had an american style unrated option.
