Is it a remote control hack? Is it worth paying £30 extra to get it hacked before I buy it?

    Cheers

I believe most if not all Pannys require chipping??
    £30 seems fair, I paid £50 for my RA82

You'll find most dealers stock the E60 all ready modified. Do a quick search (multiregion E60)

    Found some prices here ;)

Thanks guys. Techtronics was top of my list anyway, and they're the cheapest as well so I'm happy :)

    Regards

It is worth remembering that Techtronics dont have the best aftersales service reputation.

If you do a search on google there should be a few threads that might give you a idea on them.

Godd luck with whoever you go with.

    Hi

It seems that Techtronics are fine when it comes to selling to equipment but horrendous when anything goes wrong.
I have never dealt with them myself after reading to many bad things about them and if I remember correctly one of there ex employees spilled the beans on how badly organsied they where.

However to try and balance things up many have said they have no problems but they never required after sales service and one other point is Techtronics have been going for years .

I just thought it was worth mentioning these points though as there is nothing worse than buying a product from a store , then you hit problems and you have everyone around telling you how bad they are and you should never have bought from them:nono: .

I did a search for them and they had a very mixed bag when it came to reviews. I think they had a 36% approval rating. They're no Empire Direct, but they aren't perfect seems to be the message. But then who is?

Until Richer Sounds or Amazon (both of whom I rate highly) start selling the E60 (only the E50 at the moment), I guess I'll stick with Techtronics.
