I'm pretty new to all this and would like some help. I am wanting to buy the above but don't really know where to start, the more I read about it the more confused I get!!

Anyway, if some people could recommend some models then I could start from there. I have read that Lite-On is pretty good, but which one??

I do tape alot from tv so something with pretty big memory would be good, I also tape movies to keep so quality is important as well.

ps: If recommendations for tv's come with this then all the better

    Thanks

The new Panasonic recorders seem to be the ones to go for at the moment.

You can get a DVD only multi-region DMR-ES10 for around £190 Delivered.

Or you can get a multi-region DMR-EH50 for around £350 Delivered.

The DMR-EH50 has all of the features of the ES10 but adds a 80GB Hard drive alowing you to record up to 140 Hours of video in the lowest quality.

    EH50 link https://www.discountaudiovision.co.uk/detail.asp/sku=DMREH50

    ES10 link https://www.discountaudiovision.co.uk/detail.asp/sku=DMRES10

    Good hunting
