Has anyone got any details on contacting Customer Services for the 360?

When I've tried to complain about my repair through the helpline, they said they don't do complaints and to send a message via the website. The response to that message told me to call them. After the third call, they gave me an address to write to and promised a response in 48 hours. One week later, I still have no response.

Has anyone managed to successfully complain to anyone, or do they just not care about their customers?
