I have 2 Fuji W3's and now 2 LG 3D TV's.

When I plug in the Fuji W3 to either of the TV's via HDMI, the images are aligned similar to the viewfinder. (With little Crosstalk.)

If I then take these same images and put them on a HDD, the alignment is different when I plug the HDD into either of the 3D TV's. (With significantly more Crosstalk.)

Any idea why this should be the case?

Thanks in advance.

I don't know much (as in anything) about 3d cameras. However, I'd make an (un)educated guess that the camera does some jiggery-pokery wizardry in aligning the images to eliminate crosstalk that obviously isn't present when read from an HDD.

I agree Rancidpunk.

I've got a feeling the camera saves some sort of alignment Metadata which isn't read by the TV. Its really annoying as the best quality image, comes from the camera hooked up to the TV via HDMI. When you have thousands of images sat on a HDD, you can see the issue.
