I've been a long term Android user but am increasingly getting frustrated by poor after sales support (especially Samsung) and bugs in Android 12. Moving to iOS is a massive decision I need to make. What I need is a phone that does what I want to do without a hiccup and backed by excellent after sales support.
Anyone moved from long term Android use to iOS? Benefits? Challenges / frustrations?
I'm thinking of getting the iPhone 13 Pro Max. Reading a few reviews, I think I first need to hold it in hand and see how comfortable it feels.
