moving a sky box

Standard Member
sorry bit technically incompetent, need to move a sky plus box and hence need to extend cable length. I don't really want to take both cables back to the dish and start again, any ideas what i need to extend the two cables from dish t o the box?

many thanks

Easiest way is to use back - to - back " F " connector couplers
Make sure box is disconnected before you start
Good luck John

thanks John

sorry to be a pain but I am legandary of going out and buying the wrong thing and having to make 10 journeys which one do I want?

CT100, RG58, RG59 and CT125

I am guessing that Satellite TV Cable FT100 uses CT100 and Low Loss Satellite Cable FT125 uses CT125? Stupid question but which one does a sky digi box use?

Surfing the web I am guessing FT100?
