Movietyme "Signed For" Deliveries

Hi all,

This is really addressed to Craig @ Movietyme...but perhaps someone could advise?

If you select either Recorded or Special Delivery options when ordering a disc, do you expect to go through the same lost disc process as trusting standard mail? I would have thought that as the customer has paid an extra fee Movietyme should be able to be able to track and/or receive compensation directly.

Craig, if you are reading I'm tracking my CC edition of Naked Lunch (despatched 25/02?).

better order a few dvds from movietyme to watch while eating the popcorn.
