    Hi

For months the prices at movietyem on blu-ray and Hd dvd have been about 15.99 now I have noticed that a lot of the blu-rays have jumped up to £18.99. Maybe after Warner going blu they thought they could make more money? What other places/sites can I try to buy hd films?

    Thanks

I like Movietype, but their prices could do to be a little lower.

I'm wanting to get Eastern Promises & The Kingdom, but both are £17.99.

That's not far from what Amazon Uk will be charging when they come out here.

Amazon US prices are $28 (£14) + pnp, which is c.$6.50 (£3.25). Is £4 pnp really necessary?

18.99 means you could get stung with import duty on a single purchase too! :thumbsdow

Yeah, DVDPacific have some good deals too - The Prestige for 13 quid (by the time you've added delivery).

It's swings and roundabouts really. Cheapest price plus delivery (DVDPacific) or slightly higher price with free delivery (MT)

    Both offer a good service.

There prices seemed a lot better before the 3 for 2 deals that have been going on, but they are still not bad (Pan's Labyrinth for £15.99).

Ahh, that's ok then. I've always ordered singles to avoid customs. Won't bother now. :smashin:

    Hi

    Thanks for info

Shoot em up from Moivetyme cost = 18.99 but from sebditl.com = £15.89 and comes out on the 21/1/08. But do you think it will be region locked? As it is a new line film and the US version is locked.

    Thanks

ps do you also think 3:10 yuma uk version would be region locked
