Has anybody on here ordered anything from movietyme.com. I ordered a bluray film on Monday and it's still sitting saying order taken, they have taken the money out my account. Surely the order should be at a more advanced stage. In future I think I will pay a bit more to get a better service from elsewhere.

Cheers

Usually takes a week plus for orders from movietyme to arrive.

I know that it usually takes a week but my status has not even changed from Monday, it still says "order taken" so at this rate it will prob take about 2 weeks.

I will try and have more patience. :)

I ordered Casino Royale:Uncut blu ray as a Christmas present for my wife on December 10th and its still showing as "Order Taken" !:confused:

Wow, thats a bit out of order, think I will cancel my order, thats an incredible about of time.

Order now cancelled, say pending cancelling, lol, will take another few weeks to get money back, never again.

I ordered CR with them on the 28th September and eventually cancelled it in early December when it was obviously not coming.

My order with DVD Crave arrived within a week.

www.axelmusic.com are excellent also ive had great service form them usually a week or less

Not lately, though. They posted two HD-DVDs to me back in December and only one has arrived so far (yesterday). If I'd ordered The Kingdom from movietyme I would have had it weeks ago whereas it's taking weeks to arrive after ordering it from axel. I think it's all swings and roundabouts.

:hiya: I ordered the kingdom HD-DVD from Axel on 30/12/07 and it turned up yesterday 9/1/08.
I was very impressed with that, I chose to order from them after reading recommendations on here.
I do find with all online stores if it's in stock it's quick, if it says available in 2-3 days it can take ages!

Try the Suppliers forum here: http://www.avforums.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=81 as this is a forum for HD Movies.

That is odd as I ordered the Resident Evil Blu-Ray Trilogy from Axel at xmas, was dispatched last Monday and arrived this Wednesday.

Like I say, it's swings and roundabouts, I don't think the DVD suppliers should be blamed for how long the packages are in transit.
