I'm using a RAM disc on my Panasonic DMR-E55 to capture a programme from my Sky+ box. I'm then editing the RAM disc on the recorder & want to write the finished programme to DVD via my PC.

On the PC, the RAM disc shows a DVD_RTAV folder containing 3 files ie. VR_MANGR.BUP, VR_MANGR.IFO & VR_MOVIE.VRO

Can anybody tell me if it is possible to convert these files to the standard AUDIO_TS & VIDEO_TS to enable me to create then play the DVD as normal?

    gwladok5,

Have a look at the 'DVD-RAM to DVD-R' link in my signature - that will guide you through the process of what you want to do. You clearly already have a RAM compatible PC drive and thus all you need is a programme such as TMPG Enc Author that will convert from VR to Video mode.
