All, We are in the process of spending quite a lot of money redocorating our lounge throughout. Much as I hate to admit it my home cinema kit is going to spoil the finished look. My main concerns are my speakers which are bookshelf & dark grey / black do not fit in with the minimal modern look we have gone for. The speakers are KEF Q15's front, Q85's rear and Q95C centre. The sub is a Kef PSW1000 but we could probably live with that. So what options do I have ? - Ideally I don't want to sacrife sound quality for size, are kef eggs my best bet ? Better still are there any wireless speakers available in the UK that don't cost the earth ? The AMP I am using is a Marantz 4200 and I use the kit for film and music. I can get the cables under the wood flooring but would rather avoid the vertical runs up to the speakers. I presume stands are available where the cables run inside the stand. I may end up selling the lot and starting again with something like a Sony Home cinema kit - how would this compare or will I loose out on quality. Any thoughts / advice appreciated. I don't want to spend more than £500 and hope to get some money in if I sell the Kef Speakers. Regards, Mike.
