    Hi everybody

I am just about to mount my new Pana PW7 (37") on the wall.

The wall bracket they shipped with the plasma is a fixed (non-tilting) kind that only uses two of the plasmas four mounting holes.

Is this enough or should I look for a mounting bracket that uses all four mounting holes?

This sounds very strange. All the universal brackets I have seen will have holes or grooves that line up with all 4 holes on the plasma. I would not support it from two.

Also, be careful not to over-tighten. The holes are recessed and ideally need spacers. Without them you are likely to crack the plastic flanges that make sure the screw threads line up with the hole on the back panel. Although breaking it won't matter if you will never remove the brackets through the life of the panel.
