Motherboard upgrade suggestions?

Hi all bought a motherboard from dabs which didnt work so im sending it back. I need an amd motherboard, preferably in the atx form, with some overclocking ability, and is fairly cheap(£40-£60). I've been looking at either of these two: Play.com (UK) : MSI K9N SLI-F v2 AMD SLI Ready Motherboard : Computing - Free Delivery or Play.com (UK) : ASUS M2N68 / Socket AM2+ / nForce 630a / ATX Motherboard : Computing - Free Delivery. What do you think?

Get the Asus as that is socket AM2+ which means you can fit any current phenom processors on it.

I am looking on the novatech website, as i'd like to buy from the store. I've found the M3N78-CM: Asus M3N78-CM - Socket AM2+ - Geforce 8200 - DDR2 1066/800/667/533 - PCI-E (x16) - 12 x : ASU-M3N7CM, and the M3N78-VM: Asus M3N78-VM Geforce 8200 DDR2 - SATA II -PCI-E x 16 - 12 x USB - Micro ATX : novatech : ASU-M3N78V. Which is best? And is there a better motherboard for under £60 on the Novatech website? Thanks
