Has to be Star Wars Episode IV - the first one - for me, followed by a W/S version of The Shining, then The Two Towers, which is at least on the way.

There are tons of Japanese films I'd like to see released with English subs (particularly Like Grains of Sand which has a French release without English subs grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr…) but for Western films then the original Star Wars trilogy and a SE/CE release for Goodfellas are the most prominent in my mind at the moment.

Oh, and all of Michael Moore's films.

There’s lots of stuff I’d like to see re-released though like The Game, Raging Bull, Casino and probably many, many more.

The 4:3 version of the Shining is the unmasked negative version. Therefore, all you need to do to see the film framed correctly, is mask it yourself:)

It's on its way on R2. Check Play ;) Really looking forward to this :)

Like Kevb, I want Wild at Heart SOOOOOO BADLY :(

I also want a little known movie called Three O'Clock High that I recorded from BBC1 years and years ago. I thought it was brilliant and so does everyone else I know who saw it.

I also want Miller's Crossing. Not seen it but it's Coen brothers so I need to :D

Game On box set would be nice (or just for f%&k's sake release Series 2 and Series 3 ).

The usual requests of Goodfellas non-flipper and Carlito's Way anamorphic also apply :)

Would put down anamorphic releases of Breakfast Club and Weird Science but it looks like they are on the way :)

    Loads more, but I can't remember... :p

ROCK & RULE - excellent Canadian animation from about 1981`ish with Cheap Trick/Debbie Harry/Iggy Pop/Lou Reed/providing the music and a few voices, the animation was way ahead of the competion by a long shot, great music/story,so want this one to replace my vhs copy :( never did get the laser with the 1hour documentary on,just hope it gets a release sometime
BIG MAN ON CAMPUS - comedy about a hunchback on campus,if you`ve seen it, then you know ;)

    Hi,

Any of these for me, please:

Robin Hood: Prince Of Thieves (uncensored, widescreen, with a remastered picture and sound, and in 16:9 format as well, plus a ton of extras.)

Once Upon A Time In America (uncut, 16:9 widescreen, DD5.1 sound, with lots of outtakes, behind-the-scenes footage, and interviews with all the cast and crew!)

The original Star Wars Trilogy (with a choice to watch the original cuts, or the SE version, via seamless branching. Must have DTS sound, 16:9 widescreen picture, and all the behind-the-scenes and extras that appeared on the Deluxe VHS Tin Edition released about 6 years ago!)

All the "Lone Wolf And Cub" Japanese movies, but uncut, digitally remastered, in 16:9 widescreen, and in DTS if at all possible. (The current R2 editions aren't uncut, and have bugger-all in the way of extras!)

There are probably loads more, but these are the only ones I can think of right now!

    Pooch

There are lots on my wish list, including some already mentioned, but above all else a remastered version of Thin Lizzy's ''Live and Dangerous''.
    VHS version almost worn out!
