Just a quick question, I've had a (perhaps unhealthy!) fascination with crashing cars on games ever since I played Viper Racing on the PC. So I'm just wondering which game or games on the PS2 deliver the most detailed and realistic crash damage?

i reckon you have watched CRASH one to many times mate lmao.not sure there is a game where it is realistic crash wise as most realistic car games are sims and lack a crash facility and usually bounce of the walls.maybe F1 games and try burnout trilogy.

Shame they only have the Geoff Crammond F1 Grand Prix series on PC, my hat goes off to the man who can get round the first corner without a major pile-up (full realism). The crashes are seriously impressive in that game!

Burnout 2 has some impressive crash features, like trying to make as much carnage as possible to score points. Burnout 3 seems a little more unrealistic as you can move the car whilst "in air" as it were.
