Radegund - Terence Malick ( The Tree of Life, The New World, Knight of Cups)

Ones I'll be avoiding include the usual remake or reboot nonsense or any superhero or Star Wars crap, might keep an eye on Joker though at least Phoenix can act and possibly Pet Sematary.

      Here's my short list:

      Zombieland 2
      It 2
      John Wick 3
      Pet Sematary remake
Once upon a time in Hollywood

...but more than any of those I'm looking forward to the Alien 4K remaster... hopefully it'll get a run at the cinema as well as on disc.

Is this confirmed for 2019? I would love to be adding Villeneuve's newbie to my list, but thought he was tied up with Dune for the foreseeable future?

I think the mods have removed it assuming it was something to do with a dodgy starting link. Your list would be appreciated Barnaby!

The Son got put on hold ages ago and didn't even make the production stage, not sure if the lack of interest in Nesbo's failure The Snowman had something to do with it.

I'm not ashamed to say that the majority of the stuff I'll be looking forward to will either be MCU/Disney & Superhero related.

      Avengers 4
      Star Wars Episode IX
      Captain Marvel
      Spider-Man: Far From Home
      Aladdin
      Toy Story 4
      Lion King
      Frozen 2
      Dumbo
      Shazam
      Dark Phoenix

      And then the rest

      Godzilla
      Lego Movie 2
      Glass
      Hobbs and Shaw
      John Wick 3
The Secret Life of Pets 2
      POKÉMON Detective Pikachu

      and if it happens:

      Masters of the Universe

Godzilla: King of the Monsters and Glass are my top two. There are plenty of others, but Godzilla in particular is my most anticipated.

Just added Nicole Kidman's dark cop drama Destroyer to my list. I was hoping for a 2018 release, but seems like being January now. Either way, it's looking well worth catching. :smashin:

It seems I've also overlooked writer/director Jordan Peele's next project -Us. Unlike a lot of folk, I wasn't totally bowled over by Get Out, but he at least keeps the horror genre interesting. Another one added to 2019's list.

Glass, Godzilla, Wick and Alita so far.
2019 looks worse than the previous 2 months of tripe we've had.

In light of the serious praise Green Book seems to getting from some of the AVF members at the Secret Screening, I've just planted this in my 10 top must sees for next year. Looking forward to it. :smashin:
