    Hi

Wife and I have had an offer accepted on a maisonette and have now found out that not all mortgage providers will consider lending above 80% on these types of properties.

London and country broker is having a look for us and would appreciate it if anyone else could point us at any lenders who we could have a look at too.

Property is a purpose built maisonette in a block of similar in a fully residential area and lease has over 900 years to run and we'd have a share of the freehold via residents owned management company.

We thought we'd got all our ducks in a row financially but now have a curveball. :(

    Any help appreciated, thanks.
