Mordaunt Short?

Hey, I'm new here. Just acquired some Mordaunt Short MS902 bookshelf speakers and wondered what your thoughts were on them. Thanks.

They weren't bad for the money.

In my room (the important part of how speakers sound) they were a bit boomy bass-wise and a bit harsh at the top end, which meant that they lacked in the mid range.

They did pretty good at faster tunes though and were fine for telly and film.

I certainly wouldn't slate them.
