Can anyone out there in scary-land help me with real doozy of a problem?
Everything on my PC was working fine until I installed a new graphics card. I replaced my GEForce 4 MX440 for a MSI FX5700 but when I get to the GUI login stage, my Shinho AV2 monitor shuts down. I've tried going into VGA mode and resetting the modes, removing the graphics drivers and the monitor Plug and Pray listing in System Properties but nothing works.
Even stranger, it I connect an older monitor and boot up, it works fine. I tried looking for the monitor drivers but no luck.
My guess is Windows XP Home is sensing the new card is not compatiable with the monitor but it's wierd it's running fine on a smaller and old monitor.

I thought I knew about PC's. Obviously not...
    Thanks
