Ok here is the scenario. I have a 19" widescreen LCD monitor that i am currently using to play my 360 on, but it is also the one that i am using for my PC.

So as of now i have to keep disconnecting the monitor VGA cable from my PC and plugging it into my 360's VGA cable via the VGA adapter that came with it.

What i want to do is see if there is a VGA splitter or something that i can use. But i DO NOT want it to degrade the quality of my HD. IS there anything out there at a relatively cheep price?

Does your monitor not have a DVI input?
If it does, Pc to DVI
    360 to VGA

Thats assuming your pc has digital out from your graphics card.

As for the splitter, a switch box could work better. My understanding of a splitter is that it will feed both signals into the monitor. This would result in you having to have either your 360 on or your Pc, not both.
As retro as this looks it would get the job done
With this you would just attach both into the switch box, flick the switch between 360 or Pc
    Hope that helps
