Are there any computer monitor-style calibration kits but for TV's that also have ambient light controls/sensors? I'm thinking specifically of something like the X-Rite i1Display Pro. I know you can get the Spyder4TV HD but the reviews of it aren't great and it doesn't offer ambient light sensors.

I don't understand why it seems relatively easy to buy a calibrator for a computer monitor but not a TV and the only option left is to hire a specialist TV calibrator to come round and do it for you. The reason I don't really want to do that is (A) because of the expense and (B) because I may be moving soon and don't want to have to pay again for someone to come and set up the TV based on my new home's light conditions.

Short of getting a kit like this, which calibration disc would people recommend Disney WOW or Spears & Munsil's?

    Thanks.
